Jim Schrafel – general contractor Residential, not commercial. Currently has 3 house under various phases of construction in Scripps Ranch (Cedar Fire). Jim has always been a top tipper and his theory is to get a core group that you work with (3-5 members). They tip you and you tip them – it’s that easy.

MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT:
Last week – target your 30 second commercial. How best to get tips? This week – educate your employees/friends/family on LeTip and how the network of LeTip works. Bring “awareness” of LeTip to your employees,etc….
