SPEAKERS:
Linda Gorin – The Best to You, Gift baskets. 20th anniversary of the company this year. She proudly showed off some new basket creations – The Puppy Dog Basket, the Strip Chocolate board game (very popular), the keepsake basket with handprints,and a gift box with a special photo on outside cover.

Pat Nellan – Floor coverings/Blinds. Talked about different floor coverings they offer, as well as window coverings. The duet shades are very popular. The faux shades hold up just as well as wood, and somewhat less expensive.

Mike Berg – A+Home Inspection. Mike recently spoke (10/29/04) as a fill-in, so his time he talked about his personal life and how he ended up as a certified Home inspector. Currently engaged to a local radio station DJ (shelly). Mike was very active in LeTip prior to moving back East for 90 days. Past-president,etc.

MESSAGE FROM PRESIDENT:
Last meeting – study the directory…it’s a proven way to help you get more outside tips. This week – Display the roster in your office. When handing out to people ask if you can make referral call.

ANNIVERSARY – Patricia Ranck – Vickie Nickerson – 13 years

ELECTIONS – Ed McBee – If you are interested in a position on the board please notify Ed. Elections are on April 1st. Newer members are more than welcome!!!

MEMBERSHIP – Dennis Burke – 2 guests… Growing business not easy alone, but with LeTip you have 3 reasons to join.
1) Loyal customer base in members 2) marketing arm & 3) great resource group

LUNCH BUNCH – Ed McBee – Jan 19. Call him if you want to attend, good idea for newer members.

NEWSLETTER – Paul Taylor – Next one in Feb. Deadline in about 2 weeks, submit your articles….free advertising!!!

NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION – Marie Tolstad – Jan 27. Mandatory for new members.

POKER FOLDER – Roland Harman – Old – Mike (DJ) Gonzales, brought 2 (TWO) guests today. Got to take $10 out of the tip bucket!!! Way to go Mike!!!!! New holder – Bill Harris.
