Ed McBee – Commercial real estate. Grew up in Nashville, grad of Auburn Univ. US Navy pilot. Talked about RE trends in SD. Largest property he sold was the USPO Facility in Poway at $21M (nice commission).
Sharon Pugh –Mortgage broker – Signature Funding. San Diego native...lived in Topeka for 6 years (culture shock). Her passion is helping people and loves to “give money away”. She talked about some “helping people” type clients – going the extra mile!
John Rush – Rush Press Printing. Recently attended seminars in order to keep up with his ever changing field. Talked about the changes in both the printing field, was well as his company. Now smaller…so John can spend more time with his clients! John has received numerous awards for his printing services, as well as for his time on various non-profit boards. Only printer to receive the Torch Award.
