Prentice St. Claire - Prentice spoke about the seven keys to business success. Here is a quick outline: 1. Obtain proper education and training. 2. Take a professional approach to your business - is this a hobby or a profession. 3. Obtain the proper supplies. 4. Design, implement and continuously improve a formal operating process. 5. Design and implement an appropriate pricing and packaging system. 6. Plan, implement and consistently and persitently pursue an effective marketing strategy. 7. Focus on the customer.

Lisa Chen - Lisa is one the newest members to the club and has some exciting marketing plans for you. Lisa spoke about payment processing solutions from Chase National Bank and the innovative way to look at your credit card processing account. She also spoke about her pivate label cards. These can be Gift cards, pre-paid cards, VIP cards, loyalty/reward cards, promotional cards, store credit/refund cards, and corporate cards.

Tim Higgins - Tim grew up back east. He went to a well to do prep school where he met many people who already knew what they wanted in life. He later studied for a couple of years to become a geologist. When he was 19, he and his twin brother and mother began a flower business. Several years later, they bought out their mom, split the business, and 18 years later, he is here to serve you. With a large client list, like 150 Hometown Buffets, Tim has the experience to help you with all your plant needs.
