LISA CHEN- Bankcard Services. She is a certified phlebotomist, moved to the US from Taiwan at the age of 5. Did FAQ’s for her speech – most asked questions. Fees – usually same as others, but she prides herself on SERVICE.
CLARK ANDERSON –Life & Health Insurance. LeTip member since 1980. In his 27th year with the Principal Financial Group. Presented a Life Insurance Worksheet…how much life insurance do you need?
MIKE KILBRIDE –Chiropractor. A people person, loves what he does. Over 1 million spinal adjustments throughout his career. Relied on testimonials from members…all very good with excellent results.

Last week – emphasize best way to receive outside tips in your 30 second commercial. This week – Use the roster as a marketing tool. Hand out to your clients.
